Eight products, not seventy
Milo is a French bulldog with an impossible chest size and an opinion on everything. Standard harnesses slid off his shoulders, “designer” beds gave up after three months, bottles leaked in the bag. Chez Milo was born from those everyday annoyances.
So we don’t try to sell everything. We pick a handful of objects that genuinely matter, we test them ourselves, and when a material doesn’t hold up, the product doesn’t launch. That’s the only reason the collection stays small, and the best proof is the dogs wearing them.

How do I choose the right harness size?
Measure the chest girth just behind the front legs, add two fingers of ease and read it against the size guide. Between two sizes take the larger — the adjustment range makes up the difference.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver in France, with parcel tracking. As soon as your order ships, you receive the tracking link by email. Your order ships within 24 hours, then arrives in 2 to 7 business days. Shipping is free on every order.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason, then a further 14 days to send the item back. It must come back complete, unused and in its original packaging; for hygiene reasons, bottles and bowls that have been used are not taken back, unless faulty. Write to us before sending the parcel: we give you the return address. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in that case we cover the return. Once the parcel is received and checked, you are refunded within 14 days at the latest.
How do I care for the beds and protectors?
Removable cover, machine wash at 30°, air dry and brush lightly to fluff the faux fur back up. Never tumble dry — the foam compacts and does not recover.
Do your products suit flat-faced breeds?
The harness was designed on a French bulldog: wide webbing, no pressure on the throat, withers adjustment. In hot weather, favor short outings and scent enrichment at home.
